At Arthaya, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation during this period.
2. How to Return
- Email us at support@arthaya.shop to initiate your return.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@arthaya.shop. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., candles or live plants) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
